看起來與陸軍 M43 HBT 夾克非常相似，但不同之處在於胸前口袋位於非常下方，且使用帶有月桂冠甜甜圈扣，上背部有打折以便活動，版型則整體偏長

During World War II, this piece was worn by U.S. Navy personnel such as Seabees (Naval Construction Battalions) and Navy medical corpsmen.

It closely resembles the Army M43 HBT jacket, but differs in several details: the chest pockets are positioned much lower, the buttons are laurel-wreathed donut style, the back features pleats for ease of movement, and the overall cut is notably longer.

In terms of rarity, this can be considered one of the pinnacle pieces among OD-colored HBT uniforms. It has recently become a highly sought-after version among Vintage collectors.
